A wedding overseas is a celebration and a logistics operation in equal measure. Different time zones, unfamiliar legal frameworks, suppliers speaking another language and guests travelling from multiple countries — all of it needs a calm hand at the centre.
We act as that hand. We scout destinations against your brief, partner with a vetted local planner where it makes sense, and project-manage the legal paperwork, guest travel, accommodation blocks and multi-day itinerary from our studio in the North East. We travel out for site visits and again for the wedding week, so by the time you arrive every detail has been seen in person.

Common Questions
Do you travel to every destination?
Yes. We travel for at least one pre-wedding site visit and again for the wedding week itself.
How does the legal side work?
We guide you through the paperwork for civil and symbolic ceremonies abroad, and recommend pairing a UK legal registry with an overseas celebration where helpful.
What about guest travel?
We can manage accommodation blocks, group transfers, welcome packs and a multi-day itinerary so guests feel hosted from the moment they land.
